Dubbed a “Moxie Maven” by the White House Office of Public Engagement, Alexia is a Miss Junior America winner and a public speaking expert that has been showcased on national media outlets from NBC to Forbes. Which is why, in 2020, the last thing Alexia expected was to be diagnosed with thyroid cancer.
