I’m a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, a Herrmann Brain® practitioner, and an experienced facilitator, guiding teams — from technical experts to senior leaders — toward deeper collaboration, smarter decision-making, and lasting impact.

I use tools to assess and strengthen team engagement that may be needed due to rapid growth, large scale projects, reorganizations, new leadership, or company acquisitions. Whether your team suffers from a lack of trust, struggles with accountability or has poor communication, workshops are customized to your team’s specific needs.
