With a diverse background of Fortune 100 companies in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Consumer Goods and Health & Beauty, Mary has managed global teams and supported many successful business process improvements and strategies resulting in millions of dollars of cost savings and operational efficiencies.

After 15 years in the corporate world, Mary established her own consulting business to help companies better understand, manage and leverage their core asset  – their people – and build stronger teams for their competitive advantage. Mary is recognized for her innovation, creativity and significant team building expertise, enabling companies to strengthen their bottom line by building great processes leveraging engaged teams to see long lasting financial results.  

Mary earned a B.S in Packaging Engineering from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and is a certified Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt. She is also certified in the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument® and has been trained in the McKinsey & Co lean transformation methodology, including mindsets & behaviors and productivity. She spent two years working overseas in Brussels, Belgium and has a deep understanding of cultural impacts to leadership and people development.
