#27: Navigating Your Direction with Self Compassion

In this week's episode, I’m sharing a reflection from a book that I’m currently reading called Messages from the Masters by Dr. Brian Weiss.

You’ll learn a perspective on working with habits that isn’t constricting or self-deprecating. You’ll also learn how you measure your progress in ways that feel good. Navigating the ups and downs of life can feel challenging and this episode will help you find ways to get through them that work for you.

“It's really the path of life, the path through any transition that you're going through or anything that you're navigating - it's not linear. There will be ups and downs, there will be forwards and backwards, or what seems like forwards and backwards. This is really about continuing and getting up and trying again. And I know for myself, something that I found a lot that I've worked out over these last few years, is being kinder to myself, and not beating myself up when things either don't go the way I expected.”
